Hypnosis Sessions are best done in person, but can be scheduled for over the phone with some pre-planning. During your hypnosis session a guided meditation session will be created to help you create new neural pathways to ensure success. You can overcome bad habits, decrease stress and anxiety, unlock old holding patterns, remove mental blocks, and create new and healthy behaviors. The sessions are typically recorded so you can listen to the recording for the next few weeks.

During an aromatherapy consultation you will receive guidance on what essential oils will best suit your health or spiritual journey, plus take home a customized blend in a roller and spray bottle.

CranioSacral is a hands on techinique that works to help the body unwind and heal. Clients can experience a relaxation of the nervous system, relief from headaches, relief from stress, and better sleep.

Enjoy the soothing sounds from tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments geared to help you relax and feel the healing vibrations.
